We will be staying at Cedar Mills Marina on lake Texoma in a few weeks. Can shad be caught around that marina in July? Anybody know?

i have got into em bu luck in the summer on top there in summer. but that lake hands me my butt most the time. good luck

There were shad in the marina on Tuesday at 6:00 in the morning. Found some small stripper surfacing around the private boathouses about a half mile due East of there. Unfortunately I was crappie fishing but did stop to catch a few. Good luck
