Took 3 days off this week and 3 of next week.

I took the week off since I�ll be starting a new gig Monday. I haven�t really done much other than catch up on things around the house that have been neglected. It�s nice to be able to get caught up.

Days off?

I have been waiting for a slow down since last October, I am lucky to just get the weekends off, and those have been few and far lately

I hear ya, I've got plenty of work and could've worked by myself, but I'm kinda fighting the burn out, happens every couple years, figured a few days off would help

I�m off today and tomorrow. Going to lake LBJ. Leaving to play a charity golf tournament Sunday and coming back Tuesday. Decent little weekend ahead.

Well, um, actually a pretty nice little Saturday, we're going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I don't know, I don't know if we'll have enough time

30 vacation days a year and I've used 8. I think I enjoy taking 2 or 3 days in succession with my days off than I do taking a week or two at once. Being a college football fan I prefer taking time off during the fall more than this time of year.

This year I am taking every other Friday off and have 320 hours in the bank. Can't keep more than 320 in the bank.

When I first started in the fire service, my wife was in college. I worked on my two days off from the department, so I never had a day off. Now, my wife's job has her traveling most days. My days off consist of taking the kids to school, going fishing, and picking the kids up and off to practice of whatever sport they are playing at the time.

In two weeks, I'll start my 3 week vacation. I can't wait.

Well the pond sucked, only gave up 1 dink bass, I did see some large bluegills, think I'll grab some night crawlers and let the daughter have at em in the morning

Well..

We head south to Little Rock tomorrow with a stop at the Buffalo River for a few hours.

Will get home Saturday after being gone 7 days.

I have 7 working days to finish a 3 rail fence 320' long so I will be working 14 hours most days.

One I finished 4 months back.

I've got a broken leg so most of my working now is from home. My boss is being super cool about it and I only go in about twice a week for a few hours at a time, desk work only. Sucks. I can't wait to get back to normal and start walking property and being physical again.
