I see and hear of so many parents that talk about only having their kids on certain days, at certain times, certain holidays, etc....

Curious to know how many of you have to do this? It would drive me nuts!

Baby Momma Moto and I have 50/50 and pretty much get the kids when we want them. We are able parent very well together when it comes to time with them and planning.

The norm seems to be fighting with one another about time, and using the kids against each.....and THANK GOD we don't.

Just wondering how many of you guys have to put up with that garbage.....I couldn't do it.

It won't always be civil. You will have hiccups. I concede when we have problems and it makes life easier for me.

Back in the day, I had my kids every other weekend for 14 years. We were 150 miles apart and made that trip every other Friday and Sunday. It�s easy to say you couldn�t or wouldn�t do it, but sometimes you do what you have to do. Worked out fine and the kids were better off for it.

I split 50/50, no child support. I don�t put up with her [censored], period. We don�t use our daughter against one another because it never ends up good for the child.

Same here except I just made it easy and pay for everything....health insurance, child care, phone, groceries, whatever.....it's not worth an argument to me

Congratulations on being civil with each other and putting your kids first. Too many couples fail to be good examples like this.

Otherwise known as money talks.....yah I do the same and 6 years later I�m still paying more every year.

I don't pay child support amigo......neither does she. Mine is all volunteer.

Growing up I was 50/50 and it was great as a child. Both of my parents were civil and only saw one argument in front of me. I love my wife but God forbid something happened, I would be fighting for 50/50. By the way dad still paid child support.

We do 50/50 and co parent very well. I do pay child support and insurance.

Fortunately never have had that concern. Kudos to you dudes that make it work. My parents divorced when I was 4, my dad died when I was 25. I saw him about 8 times in those 21 years and far as I know, no child support. I promised myself I�d never do that to my kid.
