We caught a few by accident while Striper fishing. I would look up North of Costello, come to think of it, I had a few get in my cast net up there last week while netting bait.

I'll check it out thank you. Also is it pretty easy to get shad up there north of the island I have been having a hard time finding any when I go up there and if I do find them most are was to small

Try the cattails on the south side of the island. Throw right up against them. We caught some good ones there last time.
