Since my communist friend from China moved to San Fran, boy I miss her, but since she left I have no dim sum partner!
I need one.
Who is down with some Pork Siu Mai, chickens feet, maybe some har gou? The only dish I dont like is the fried pigs blood, looks like chocolate moose but trust me does not taste like it.
Taking applicants now. Been craving some dim sum lately. Of course Kirin Court is the only place in DFW that does it even kind of decent. Its a shame, tons of great dim sum places in Vegas but only the one here in all of DFW.

Ok I am late on this one but chicken feet? Now think about it...anyone that knows chickens know they basically stand in their own chit their entire lives. Anyone that has been around any kind of chicken-for-food raising knows this. Its like their feet are marinated in chicken chit! Then who is the guy that looks at this and thinks...Mmmm thats some good eatings right there!. No! I think it was some drunk dude that somehow ate a chicken foot and then got laid that night. It was probably a sick joke and just a coincedince, but once he told all his buddies they were like...chicken feet are better than viagra! And thus the false impression that this is something a human should actually eat.

I used to frequent Maxims for dim sum, and always had a portion of crispy duck, and jelly fish. It was just a few blocks from Kiriin.The place is now a bank.

Did the Dim Sum thing quite often while visiting Hong Kong in the 50's and 60's, however think my selections were vastly different then yours, guess I was just a bit more country. Great way to present selections, but, can get afully expensive in the good ol USA.
