Since my communist friend from China moved to San Fran, boy I miss her, but since she left I have no dim sum partner!
I need one.
Who is down with some Pork Siu Mai, chickens feet, maybe some har gou? The only dish I dont like is the fried pigs blood, looks like chocolate moose but trust me does not taste like it.
Taking applicants now. Been craving some dim sum lately. Of course Kirin Court is the only place in DFW that does it even kind of decent. Its a shame, tons of great dim sum places in Vegas but only the one here in all of DFW.

I hate San Fran because, well I am from LA, its required, but they do have a killer China town and the food there is tops bar none.

I have two nieces, twins actually, who dont get out much and speak fluent Chinese menu Dim sum is one of their favorites
