Any reports on Leon lately ,how’s the fishing been, the last time I was there the dam launch was closed.

I believe it is open but the road over the bridge was still closed. I was there 2 weekends ago and a lot of boats were on the water. We were staying at LaMancha and used their ramp.

correct, the dam launch is open and the dam road is still closed. Water is down a few feet from March which has changed a few things up but I haven't been skunked yet and that's always a good sign to me.
side note: been catching some decent sized drum in shallower water on my swimbait/underspin rigs. Of course their not what I'm after but a big one ripping drag sure is fun till you see what it is! lol.

I drove across Leon Saturday and chock-a-block was open and saw boats on the water.
