Check out the link to most lake houses for sale on
www.lakehouse.com

https://www.lakehouse.com/search.php?cid=821&s_res=AND
Look at Lake Cherokee for everything that you want. It's a private lake, lot owners only!
Good fishing, lots of ski water, PWC is allowed, 100 or so members of the bass club, 9 hole golf course. Close to Martin Creek, Lake of the Pines, Caddo, Lake Tyler, Lake Palestine, Lake Fork, but I don't fish anywhere but there. Boat stays in the boathouse ready to fish in 10 minutes.
You can land you private plane at the local airport 10 minutes away.
Best lake in East Texas.

Richland Chambers , Cedar creek , Tawakoni. Great bass lakes and plenty of room for safety. Can also get more for your dollar.

Live on Pines. Plenty of waterfront houses for sale. Prices are cheaper than some of the other good east texas lakes. Plenty of play area from Alley to the dam. Jefferson 10 minutes, marshall 35 minutes, lonview 45 minutes. Lakehouse.com has some listings.
