Attempting to unscrew the mounting bracket where the bathroom faucet is attached to the sink and some idiot monkeyed it on there so tight I can't get it off. I don't have the hand strength to turn it and there's not really space for pliers. Ideas?

This is the old one I'm trying to remove. Here's the new one with a better picture of the washers the idiot installer put in with a torque wrench.

Long punch and hammer might work.

About to take a dremel after the washers. They're just plastic and I'm breaking corners off trying to unscrew them.

Now that I've banged the #@$% out of my knuckles and squished my fingers and broken two nails into the quick, got mad and went to get the dremel.
And that's neatly tucked away on the on the top shelf in the garage where even on my tiptoes on the top rung of my kitchen ladder, I can barely reach.
I got one off, but the other one won't budge no matter how much blood and colorful language gets hurled at it.
f*&^ it. He can get the dadgum dremel down when he gets home.
Now to do the other one.
