Just upgraded to a boat with our a t top and can not find anyone in the DFW area to fab a custom one. Most likely have to make a trip south.

I have a bimini but I've never put it on. Figured it would be rough to cast around and it looks kinda dorky roflmao

My bud has a 25' Haynie Magnum and that T Top doesn't get in the way but it also has quite a bit more room to cast.

I had my built by Nautical Stuff in Dension. Shortly after I had my work done by them, they had begun working for a boat manufacture and I believe shut down their operations, to devote more time there. They did excellent work.

I called Nautical Stuff and they have a direct contract with a manufacturer and cannot sell to anyone else.

I wonder what would happen if I contacted Bluewave? May just see what they have to say.

GLove, when Nautical Stuff ordered my hardtop for my Sea Fox, they ordered it from a place Sea Fox had ordered in the past. The top and e-box came as one molded piece. So, when it arrived Nautical Stuff custom built the supporting structure and mounted it to the boat. I have googled up these base hard T Tops. The work is bending all the metal and mounting it. If your boat manufacture produces a hard top for those who want one, then they may where you want to begin.

I've had a t top for 16 years. Wouldn't want to fish without it. The shade and the radio box/ storage above can't be beat. Everyone learns where it is and casts around it, we fill the boat with fish. In wave beating water it gives everyone something substantial to hang onto as you make long runs.
I had mine made custom from an aluminum welder. But I agree with an earlier post , don't go with a kit - to flimsy. Most of the compliants about them are from folks that don't have them (?).
I like mine.

So after talking with Bluewave, it kind of sounds like what some of you talked about. They said to contact North TX Marine and they would have one fabbed for my boat from a contracted builder. Which is probably the company y'all talked about earlier. Or someone similar. I'll hit em up and see what its gonna run and I'll comment the estimate. I'm not throwing down 2k for one though lol.

I am curious as to what they say. I emailed them about one for my Ranger RB190 and they said no.

I have a 21' Triton 202, and really like my T-Top... it was a custom add-on, but looks better than FACTORY! No problem casting, at all.
