Not if he drives it... those 1,808 miles have drank almost 600.00 worth of gas.

What year model ? I have a 2018 and the instrument panel does not look like that.

Oh, I got 9MPG to Lake Dardanelle(in Arkansas) and back. Without towing 13-14.5mpg
It's got lots of plastic. High price for a lot of plastic. However, It does tow better than my 2015 Chevy did

If my tundra gets higher than 13mpg I find the nearest shuttle to tow. I like to stay around 11.

Not doubting you, but would be very interested to see the math.

Ive found the trick in mine is to accelerate and not let it get over 2000 rpms. Its amazing the difference it makes.

Usually I dont get care and drive the [censored] out of it but when I see numbers like that on the gauge I recalibrate my foot for a few tanks.

Wanted one. Drove one. 5.8 v8 with all the goodies. Best looking truck I've seen in a long time. The
salesman kept up a mantra the whole time I was test driving it. (I assure you it will do better on the highway.)

5.9 is the best I saw in a half hour test drive. Made me sick.

Still looking. The GMC's are looking better all the time.

I usually drive with cruise control and get 16mpg.

Towing is usually 8 or 9mpg.
