We've been going to Port Aransas area for a few years but the house we had been renting on Copano Bay was destroyed by Havey so this year we have a place on the canal of long tree point, it's a little deeper water than the pier we had on the bay but since it's back up in a deadend canal was just wondering how the night fishing would be

The wife and I head down to Copano Bay twice a year-April and October. We always spring the extra for a rental on the bay itself (there are some available, despite the hurricane devastation), because the couple times we tried on the canals, our fishing was spotty at best. Much better to have a nice lighted pier on the Bay.
