I couldn't have hand picked the weather or the company any better this weekend!

Saturday I had Julian, his wife and 14 year old son on the boat. They drove down from Sherman to fish with me. Lake Texoma is where they keep their Boat, They are no stranger to striper Fishing but have never crappie fished. He wanted to learn how to do it on his lake back home.
So we started from square one and went through all the basics of crappie Fishing all the way through reading graphs, locating and how/where to sinking your own brush piles.......Oh and setting the hook on a slab and flipping him on the deck cheers
These guys had it figured out by the end of the trip,
And Im confident they will be terrorizing Lake Texoma crappie very soon!
Thanks again for making the drive down, Im looking forward to having yall down again ! And thanks for being understanding that when a boat breaks down and flags you down you give them a tow even if your on a guide trip.

Sunday I had Jim and his fianc out, this is Jims 3rd trip with me.
These 2 are an absolute pleasure to have on the boat.
They are very good at adapting to whatever the fish are wanting and paying attention to small detail. Which I believe is very key to being good fisherman.
As you can see they put a hurting on some BIG fish!

Starting June 23rd Davis Guide Service will be running trips 7 days a week!

Thanks for reading, God Bless!
