Anybody have any experience with one?

We are updating the kitchen. I saw and was interested in these in comparison to a regular gas range.

We had a gas top unit with an electric oven/convection oven. I loved it and it lasted for years. Got it for a good deal as a floor model that was being replaced by an update. When it finally played out it as too expensive for us to just replace it so I went with an all gas, but no convection oven.

Ours is a propane one. We don't use the convection part of it much. Too old and don't see many instructions on the boxes with convection cooking instructions. roflmao This unit was already in the house when we bought it. Would probably use the convection part more if we knew what we were doing with it. Guess it's supposed to cook quicker?

Here is the one we have, it's listed as dual fuel. You can use natural gas or propane. Kitchenaid 48" 6-burner

We have one and it's been a good oven, but we never use the convection feature.

No experience with a gas convection oven, but we bought a dual fuel range with gas burners and electric convection ovens. We love the convection function with the ovens and like the fact they are electric. Convection makes life a little easier.

Weve had this one for 3 years now. Bottom door is gas convection. Absolutely love it.
