I heard someone mention Cooler Corn,Do any of you know what it is and how it's cooked?

I believe you put boiling water in an ice chest with your corn in it, close lid and wait, I don't know how long.

Heres the caveat.
You shouldnt boil water in plastic unless its marked microwave safe. So a regular poor boy cooler is not approved for cooler corn. Yeti types might be approved.
Just how many coolers are marked microwave safe?

Put a couple of crab boil bags in the boiling water add the corn close the lid and sit on it and drink 3 beers and its ready
