Haven't really fished the Brazos for flats. Caught plenty of channels and some blues but was thinking bout targeting the river for flats. Any pointers? Trotlining or setlines?

I would do limb or throw lines. Trotlines put too many hooks in one spot for me for river fishing.

My buddy has a place up in Brazos Bend and his neighbors are always catching nice flatheads on juglines and limb lines.

They're there. Holes with cover and feeding flats will produce.

Appreciate all the input. I start with setlines.
