Just kicked off my "summer schedule".....Off on Fridays for 3 months.
I prefer to night fish in the heat. What hours are your preferred night fishing times?
I usually do a 3a-9a stint so that I can have the early morning time slot, but lately have heard that alot of guys prefer a 8p-3a or so.
What say you?

I say look at the fishing charts to find the best times to go. The solar/lunar schedule is for real.

I've noticed when it's really hot, fishing picks up close to dark, 6pm to about 10pm. Then again really early to about 8am

3a to 9a is the best of the two time frames you mentioned. If you chose the 8p to 3a your going to have a dry spell for about 2 hours after it gets completely dark.

I would do a midnight to 7a
