I spent the majority of the day on Granbury last weekend. Those catching fish are doing something I am not.. Got skunked and tried shade, docks, tree stumps... No dice frown

I will say that it is over run by wake boarders, skiers, tubes that don't care how close they get to you while fishing. I'm close to changing lakes and not looking back... Not worth going out on the weekends at all

My goodness, this lake is brutal. There are boat gnats zinging in all directions and giant wake boats between them. Water is almost hot and fish are deep in the trees (I think). Now I know what you mean about it being tough. I think I’ll wait a little while before venturing out again.
