Is the consensus that he pulled the trigger when he picked it up? Either way the guys an idiot for doing a backflip while carrying. Sure seemed like it fired a round the second he touched it.

I think he grabbed the trigger. I heard people speculating it was a glock. No way a glock had that lite of a trigger.

It looked like a Glock, they'll go off on you easy since they are normally in a cocked position. Plus the bullet only hit some guy in the leg. He has another leg.

Or ... better yet, he probably should NOT have had the firearm on in the first place under the circumstances. I can understand an off-duty cop in plainclothes keeping their sidearm on in a place like a club, but that means behaving PRUDENTLY ... like not engaging in vigorous dancing where the gun might come loose.
