Finally got around to mounting my Terrova on my 22' CC, thought I had it out far enough but after getting on the water today learned real quick that it wasn't. It was already out so far that I had to drill two holes on the back end to get six holes to mount with. Any ideas?

Add a sliding mount. I have a Slide Max, but I don't think they are in business any longer. I know there's someone on TFF that makes a custom mount or you can always use one from Minn Kota.

FYI you only have to use 4 of the holes per MK instructions.

So on the sliding mount whats the difference between the Minn Kota MKA-47 and the MKA-16-03, from what I can find out the Terrova will work on either one?

The 47 is universal and has more holes on top for mounting different TMs to the mount. The 16-03 has 6 holes on top and is compatible with the Terrova's holes. Looks like both will work but there is a difference in how the screw works to lock it in position.

I have the R&R Designs one. They are made in Terrell. Very heavy duty. I would highly recommend them

I make the LiftSaver that works well on the Terrova, Ulterra and Riptide even though it was originally designed for the Xi5. PM me if I can offer any support.
LiftSaver Trolling Motor Mounting Bracket - Patent Pending and LiftSaver Transducer Pole Mount www.liftsavertmmount.comWorks with MG Xi5, Xi3 and MK Terrova, Ulterra, PD V2 and Riptides as well.
