Shiners sautéed in garlic butter served with mullet fries & Red wine is some good eating. . I'd pass on those nasty flounder, speckled trout & redfish. They are almost as bad as fresh caught Grilled yellowfin tuna .

The BEST response so far!!!! I don't know so much about those frogs either, and haven't caught one in that little shallow canal.

Since you said salt water, I'm gonna have to add Beeliners to the list. They hang in deeper water, and are great table fair...Crappie of the gulf. IMO
