I have a 2017 Z19 Nitro that has been in the shop more times than I can count. It is just one of those boats that is a lemon. While I am very disappointed in my boat I have been very happy with the level of concern and service the BPS/Tracker dealership has given me. They have always fixed it and never charged me a dime. BPS customer service is very very good but having set that you get what you pay for. Motor, electronics, trolling motor etc. all cost the same for all manufactures so the $10K price difference is in the boat. Phoenix 921XP is in my future. Good luck.

If your boat has been in for hull related items be sure of your expectations. Youll have cracks in that Phoenix just like any fiberglass boats

Most aluminum boats are made in a jig . Jig boats settle & will get cracks. I would find a good aluminum welder take boat apart & get it repaired. My Landau got a crack in the bow about a foot long another crack on the top of the tunnel all below the flooring had to take boat apart to get repaired.

Absurd remark!
The bank isnt buying it, you are with their money, you borrowed on good faith to pay back.

I dropped it off at Bass Pro and they called me back today to say that they need to send the boat back to the factory, cut off the entire bow cap, add more braces under the cap, and weld it back together. They also have to take the entire deck off, remove all the foam and repair the crack in the bottom. By their own admission, the crack in the bow is a design flaw because it doesn't have enough support braces. They are telling me it's going to take 6-8 months to repair the boat and return it to me! Meanwhile, I'm on the hook for my monthly payments and have no boat. Has anyone had any experiences like this or possibly know what other options I may have?

If its like rvs good luck besides Texas lemon laws are weak

Tin boats dont settle. The cracks are from the aluminum being distorted when welded.

My Aluminum boat got a bow crack from busting waves. The tunnel crack was on a flat surface a foot from any welds. It also depends on how thick the material being used is. Yes they do settle if not build perfectly true. I think Tracker & Landau have made enough aluminum boats they would have already address your "distorted " Facts. The thread was about a man inquiring about a boat with cracks, good try Budwinkle.
