1 lb red beans 1 lb andouille sausage 5 cups of stock/water 1 yellow onion 1 bell pepper 4 stalks of celery 4 cloves of garlic 1/2 cup chopped parsley 1 T cajun seasoning 1/2 t ground sage 1/2 t thyme 1/2 t ground basil 3 bay leaves a splash of cider vinegar salt and pepper to taste I browned off the meat, then sweated the trinity. Put it all in the PC and cooked for 40 minutes. then press some beans on the side to get that good creaminess.

Looks and sounds great! What is the brand of beans and sausage used? Couldn't read from the pic?
Biden famously said in the New York Observer, โI mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, thatโs a storybook, man.โ

The andouille is from a meat market outside of new Orleans. Cajun hollar makes a good one and is readily available. The hog jowl bacon came from Walmart. Ham hocs would work too.
