If someone was giving a slot fish or short fish to someone you have a right to speak up or threaten to call game warden. Wasn't the case here. He gave a legal fish to someone.

Its a DD fish. I completely understand why he thinks its wrong to give it away to someone else to eat. That fish is old and obviously has good genetics which might be needed on his lake. Its one thing for the guy who caught it to keep it but to give it away is another.

I do think more bass should be kept but as many biologist will tell you it should be the smaller fish.

You are the one who started a thread and starting trash talking another fisherman because of something he did that was perfectly legal and none of your business.

Also, you went and made comments about someone who you obviously believe to be lesser than you based on how they look. they looked like they would eat road kill.

And now you are calling people smart a**es. You are in the wrong here. Period. By law he did nothing wrong and you stuck your nose where it didnt belong. It is none of your business if someone wants to keep a 10 lb bass.

opinions I dont mind, but calling me names and trashing my opinion dont set well with me, so I'm supposed to respect their opinions but I cant voice my opinion? All Ive heard for years here on TFF is "Catch and Release" now all of a sudden I'm out of bounds, so why are there slot limits, and size limits, why have size limits, is that all a waste of time, is it not to preserve the growth and reproduction of our lakes to make it possible for our children and grandchildren to enjoy the sport?
