Prayers sent for a successful complete recovery. My younger sister just had a knee replaced a couple of months ago. She's having the other one done next week. She is in the Dallas area too. I just had my hip replaced about 4 weeks ago. Just switched from a walker to a cane today. I was only in the hospital overnight. Glad you got the WC issue worked out. Keep us posted.

Fish, good luck! I had it in 2007 was the best thing I have ever had done! No more hurting after walking a lot or standing for long periods. Then everytime the weather changed it hurt.
Make sure you do the rebhab and do it as often as you can stand each day. I did mine at home and starting out could only do it 2-3 times a day the first 2 days, after 4 days I was doing it 8=10 times a day.I started walking with a crutch on day 6, day 8 I dropped the crutch. Then I was walking great. but I still did my rehab routine everyday. You will love the results. Mine never hurts any more and I forget it was replaced. Benny
