Almost out of deer burger, I haven't bought burger in years... but am going to have to this year.
I really do not want to eat burger that comes out of a tube and am on a health kick so elk/and bison are what I'm looking at.

Does anybody order bison or elk online or buy it locally in dfw.

Central market has bison burger for 9.99 lb anybody order it cheaper?

Never have seen elk meat on sale at stores. Probably because it is wild and not farmed.

It actually is farmed and I have learned you can get it at costco. In Texas ELK is an exotic.

I've seen Bison from time to time at Walmart.
