Vogey- Pumpkinseed are not native to TX waters, but have been stocked for forage in some privately managed Bass lakes. I looked thru my field guides for Arkansas and Oklahoma, neither had Pumpkinseeds in the Index. Though I have heard Arkansas has a bunch, I have not caught one up there yet.
