Hey everyone! I'm takin my lil' lady out this evening and maybe Sunday and I would love to get her on some crappie. I usually bass fish so any info on these slabs to point me in the right direction would be great. where can I find some minnows on the Azle side of the lake?

JT's Lucky Lady Oil. On sandy Beach road. Minnows and live bait.

I would rather die finding out there was no God than die finding out there is.

The crappie out there have been decent under docks, but if I were trying to impress my girlfriend, I'd probably take her after sandies. They are thick out there and are very aggressive right now. Windblown points and humps in 8-15ft. White and chartreuse slabs or Thump Buddies are tough to beat.
