Lets hope they learned from the debacle they had a Toyota Bass Classic held on Lake Ray Roberts in 2016

It was horrible event and the idiot running it had weigh in at the corner of the stage so you couldn't see it, even though they had a main stage

They charged $20 to get into see the vendors, which was about 15 of them and only about 4 were fishing related. Most were Cell phones, insurance companies

Horrible event, whom ever ran it should be ashamed.

I enjoyed it a ton on Fork, but I gotta agree about the Ray Bob event.

I'll be a judge. Hope I don't get James Watson this time. He just wasn't that funny in 2014.

By the way they still need more judges. If interested PM me and I will pass on your name on to Tim. You don't have to pay to be a judge.

And this is the ONLY Elite Series tournament where the winner gets an automatic Classic berth! Should be very competitive and exciting.

Most likely, I'll be there. Launch is about 4 miles away.

This still pisses me off. They screwed up a good thing by kicking the FLW guys out.

Why do you say they kicked them out?

They can fish both, but it is almost financially and logistically impossible.

Because TTBC put the best guys from BASS against the best guys from FLW. It was the only event to do that and everybody had been waiting for someone to do that for years. It is now just another Bass elite event. There is nothing special about it anymore.
