It's a fly I tie, basically a wooly bugger. Olive marabou tail with three or four strands of crystal flash, red chenille body with a palmered brown hackle, tied on a mustad 34007 size four stainless hook. It works great in shallow water, about a foot and a half deep or so. Very slow sink rate and quiet entry into the water. If the water is much deeper the fish will swim right under it and not see it though. Most of the fish I'm after are in very shallow water, a lot of the time with there back out of the water, and you can drop this fly in real close without spooking them or getting instantly hung up on bottom (I've got video).
