I'm having trouble with this motor starting. It was starting pretty good then I re-filled the oil reservoir because it was really low. I can't help but think this caused some issue with the starting now since it was before. It's very smokey when starting but I assume that's normal. Also when I turn the key a quarter turn I don't hear the normal beep anymore, only every once in a while, but I still hear it priming. Crank it usually it just hits and skips and nothing. Then sometimes it struggles and just spins and spins while I hold the key.

Any tips, anything would be appreciated. Thank you

Check the fuel pressure.

Will do. Another thing it seems to start good with just ear muffs, just fired it in the drive way no problems. Under water it struggles.
