Does the Star Mart coming in from Emory have shiners? If not where on that side of the lake or alba area can they be purchased?

The pay n save in Alba has shiners, the bait shop on the north side of the road as soon as you cross the 515 west bridge going east has the biggest shiners and Black Salties.
