I have been eating salads, oatmeal, & pistachios for breakfast & lunch. My gut feels stuffed. It does not look bloated, but it feels like it. I don't think I am drinking enough water maybe 50 ounces a day? Any thoughts ?

A basic calculation for hydration is .66 X body weight = # ounces needed daily. This will be dependent on activity level. Example: .66 X 235 lbs. = 155 ounces. A gallon = 128 oz. It is uncomfortable to go from low fluid intake to a gallon plus overnight. This should be gradual but it will make a tremendous difference in how you feel, overall digestion, inch loss, and speed up your metabolism.
Grateful for every sunrise and sunset I get to witness. - Jason

Maybe you don't have the proper "bugs" in your stomach, could probably just suffer until they develop on their own, or go to the feed store and get some probiotics for goats, that sounds about like their diet anyway.

^^^^ Two good comments above IMO. Lots of water and a probiotic.
