It was a tough day on Sat 5/5, finding fish was tough. When we found them, we couldn't get them active. At about 1pm, we found a pod that was actively feeding at 50 feet of water. It was hard to believe they were that deep in May. Thumping kept them under us and active.

But we took what they gave us. 41 boated, and salvaged a tough day. Enjoy!

The water was so clear that I thought I was on Travis. Go lighter line and smaller lures.....

It's gonna get a lot clearer once the Zebra mussels get established. That's
for all Texas lakes.

Oh boy, I'm not looking forward to Zebra Mussels in all Texas lakes.
