I've sent their customer service multiple emails and called multiple times in the last 2 weeks. I can't get anyone to return my emails or my calls. Has anyone else had this issue?

Heck, Academy sells HUK in limited quantity. They are on the corner of every major road in Houston. BPS sells a bunch. Talk to them.

They don't answer the phone. Emails take over a week. Will not buy anything online again only from local store.

I won't ever support them again. Got a shirt for Christmas, washed it once before wearing it and it came unraveled in several places. About a half dozen phone calls later they reluctantly agreed to replace it. Sent the shirt back and never heard back from them again.

Sorry you guys are having issues with HUK..I have not had any so I guess I'm at least lucky at buying fishing gear compared to actually catching fish!

You would think as much as they are growing in the fishing industry they would have a a little better customer service. I did pay over $600 for new rain gear and its not working.....

Dealing with them right now. I have, umm had, a Kryptek Next Gen Rain Jacket that the velcro on the hood was wearing a hole in the shoulder. They asked me color and size and said ship it back and they would replace it. Shipped it back. They emailed me to say they did not have stock so I could get a refund or credit, what did I want? I told them I really wanted that jacket, but to contact me so we could discuss the issue. Haven't heard back from them. After asking around, it sounds like they grew the company based on good product and customer service but it is now over. By the way, Marolina Outdoor is the parent company for Huk.

Wait so your out the jacket and money you paid for it and have not gotten a response or anything from them? That's pretty chicken skit if you know what I mean.

Glad I never followed the fad and bought any of their over-priced garbage. Their prices are so ridiculous you wouldnt think you would have these quality issues, but people love buying for the name, not necessarily because its good.

Now I'm glad I didn't get into their stuff. Got a couple shirts on sale. The t-shirts aren't bad but they're just t-shirts, the fishing shirt started fraying after wearing it one time under a hoodie all day.
