Does Pelican have any full time tenants (other than the owner)?

Does Pelican have any full time tenants (other than the owner)? No. The owner lives on site in a house. His son lives in anotger house on site. No full time RVrs though. There is a ampty lot open now. Nice one too. Openings in Pelican are rare.

We have had a place at Sun Eagle Bay for more years than I would like to admit. You buy your lot and have to add utilities.
2 boat ramps and it has a pool with showers. Gated. Pretty established. Plenty of lots for sale, mostly by previous owners.
