Hello!

I have 1 day to use at my job for volunteer activities. Does anyone know of any fishing related ones near Irving (DFW) that I could go for? Need to use in the next 6 weeks.

I am not sure how 'official' your events need to be to coincide with your job rules, but there is this..

Thanks, going for M-F first though. I teach people how to fish all the time just looking for an official one that I can get off during the week for.

Here's a whole bunch of opportunities through Texas Parks and Wildlife, I don't know how many are fishing related as I didn't read through them all but I bet you could find something.

Can't help you with an event, but check into the TPWD website as FX suggested.

I use my employer free day with TYHP, and pony up extra days as a TPWD volunteer instructor.
