As a general rule, and this may just be me, I buy cloths that a) fit, and b) are the style that I want. I don't go somewhere and buy something that I think others will be impressed with only to figure out later that I screwed up and wasted my money.
You guys do realize that the pros are paid to wear that [censored], right? And, probably more importantly, that [censored] won't catch more fish. You know that, right?
Nothing says "The most important part about fishing is what others think about me" like... <fill in the blank>.
So what your saying is that you think its stupid to buy something because it looks good? This boards views on clothing, including caps, is only 2nd to its views on YouTube in ridiculousness.

My son has the rain jacket and rain panys (not bibs) and it has kept him dry. I agree that it looks like you would be wet, but we have been in all day rain and cold, and he came out dry (layered underneath for warmth though because it is not thick). I wouldn't trade my Gill for it, but there is nothing wrong with the dryness of the HUK. I do find it funny that you can get a lot of hate on this forum for owning something HUK because it worn by "tubers" or "the Pro's are paid to wear it", but we constantly have forum questions about what so-and-so Pro was using and you are encouraged to get some similarly priced BPS/Cabelas GoreTek because "its what I wear". My Gill suit cost twice what my sons did and I love it but it is certainly lacking some extra features that my son's HUK has and even my previous Frog Toggs had. But i am money whore and show pony so I like to make sure I spent more than anyone else on the water that day in the hopes someone will ask me if I am a Pro

I wear HUK and I'm a SHOW PONY.. I might not catch fish but I sure look good out there trying! Thinking about getting me a jersey with my name on the back also...we all know if you got a jersey you must be a stick!!
Life can be best understood looking back, but it can only be lived looking forward !
