 Trailer registration?

So I bought a boat from BPS and everything has been properly registered/insured. I am in the process of selling the boat, the buyers lender needs a copy of the boat registration and trailer registration. I have my TPWD registration card for my boat with the HID etc on it, and my license plate has the registration sticker on it valid though 10/18. My question is am I supposed to have a separate piece of paper for my trailer registration? Like a full size registration paper? I'm thinking I may have misplaced it if indeed I'm supposed to have one, but will continue looking. For some reason tho when I got the license plate in the mail from TPWD for the trailer I don't remember if I had a separate registration paper. I can't imagine I would loose something like that.

You were given a registration sheet when you got the license plate and at every renewal. The sheet your sticker was on. You can probably get a copy from your county tax office where you renewed. Take the license plate number.

The boat and motor are done at the TP&WD and the trailer is done at your county Tax Assessor's office.

To sell the trailer all buyer needs is a bill of sale and the seller has to sign a 130-u form. Put the trailer vin # on both and they will no problem with the registration transfer.
