vaccum your boat good at home....if you got spots/stains,get some carpet spotter at grocery store(or make your own-see below)..dose the spots down real good with spotter and work into the stain with a brush...
take boat to car wash and wash it good with power wash sprayer......don't hold sprayer too close...wash it down couple of times...rinse it and rinse again when you get home....park out in the sun to dry....if it's warm weather, pulling your boat about 20 miles will really get the drying process started...

if you don't have any carpet spotter, get you a bowl or bucket of warm water and put enough dawn, tide or any kind of laundry detergent in the water to make it real soapy.pour it on the spot/stain and scrub real good with a brush..works about as good as the expensive spotters....
may take several scrubbings to get some stains/spots out........

This is the same process that I use. I sold my 1996 Champion this past October and it still had the original carpet that was still really good looking.

Tony.....If you do it yourself, let me know and I'll come help ya. I cleaned mine right before I sold it and it pretty much looked brand new afterward. I used beartrap's method. I didn't have any big stains but just used elbow grease with a brush and soap and water. All you need is a good shop vac to get'er dry quicker.

a really mild soap and a brush. Rinse really well....let it air dry and then brush it out.

Do not use hot water, harsh soap, or a shop vac(when the carpets wet), etc. they are hard on the glue.

This works well on stains. It's inexpensive and you can pick it up at Home Depot.
