Hello , I am getting ready to kick off a project at Lake Fork. I am building a dock/boat house, a shop , garage and House
If you have any contractors reliable and reasonable I could use the references.

for your boat house call Ken West 903-473-3718. He will give you a real estimate of the time and do a good job.
some of the better known "boat house builders" will tell you one thing and then take literaly months more to do the job.
