Well I am not him, but I have given out the link to how to tie these for many years now and it's all on FAOL.

Click on Fly Tying
Then there are 3 groups of lessons, Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced, click on Advanced and then click on Tiger Weave Bitch Creek Nymph. This is where I learned how to tie these patterns and eventually over time others have started to use it because it looks so cool! Also will post one of my Marabou jigs tied this way.
