I am quite familiar with the fishing barge on lake lewisville. What other options are out there on other area lakes, such as Lavon, Ray Hubbard, Ray Roberts, or even as far out as Tawakoni?

Harbor bay on Hubbard is a pay dock. Also have a few different lakes that people go together and get.a.slip and fish it as well.

Some crappie are still shallow and should remain catchable from the bank for a few more weeks. Take advantage of the shad spawn going on and look for crappie still spawning on rocks.

Yes, I've been catching them anywhere from 1 foot in brush and willows to 14 foot. wade out and hit the shallow grass, reeds and buck brush. some are definitely still in there.

Money can't buy you happiness, but it can rent you something so damn close you'll never be able to tell the difference.

At the bottom of this page, jump to bank fishing forum. There is a guy on there that is putting together a map, with pins, for good bank fishing spots all over Texas. Other members are adding to it.
