Tough crowd.

TPWD says water is 78-82. Is this correct?

Only thing I can add is, LakesOline.com reports the lake is 26.9 below full.

Has anyone heard how much water they're going to release? Hopefully not as much as last year!

dropped 3 ft last week, water temp was 70 mid day last week, post spawn. Look for the underwater drains near major creek channels, caught them on the large whopper plopper (bone) and KVD 1.5 up to 6 lbs, fished 4 days last week, it was windy as usual.

Hopefully they get a flood this weekend. They will pull it until Mexico says stop. That lake is in pretty sad shape compared to last year.

We heard about 10 ft. Will be similar to last year. Grass is there you need to find it. (as of today-not always correct)

10 feet will mean that there will basically be no good cover in shallow water. This spawn will be a loss.
