I will have an access to a boat this Sunday and want to find them but I have not caught any from the mariner (Scott's), I am not sure where those sandies causing trouble lately on the lake, would you give me some idea(s) if you have seen them recently. Thanks alot.

Hit them over by Murrell park on the far east side close to the next cove Tuesday Night. It was slow. 12 fish in 2 hours.

I've been seeing the big ones back from the crreks. Mornings you see schooling - though actual time depends on the weather. Afternoon/evenings are slower - but I see bigger fish on average.

Side of the lake depends on the wind - most that I've caught are from 12-20 ft water.

Been catching some of the biggest sand bass i have ever seen on the dam. Real line screamers,, also they seem to be hanging out with the small mouth

Landed 30+ this evening. Right on shore at sandbass point. 6ft of water.
Less than an hour. Birds were working and the fish were 10 to 15 inches.
3/8 lead head. Coho swim bait.

They do get bunched up together when the shad are up spawning.
