Only fished the lake a few times, and Im very familiar with the Housen Bay, and Six Mile creek area...However, I thought I might try a different area, and Palo Gaucho, is the area I decided on...What types of things are there in this area? Any Hydrilla? Any areas, within Palo Gaucho seem to be better than others? Just looking for a little insight and help on this area, if its not to much to ask?

Palo stays pretty dirty. Don't think there is any hydrilla. Lots of stumps outside the boat lanes especially towards the back.

Lots of gators behind the bridge. Lots of places to fish if the wind is out of the south or north. Hard to think there aren't any fish in a cove that big.

Go south. Water is nicer. The salvinia battle has killed a lot of vegetation from what I hear mid lake and north.
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.
