Corporation continue to P.O. major portions of their end consumers. I’m convinced whoever makes these decisions has no idea who uses their products. They probably only converse with their fellow yachtsmen in Cape Cod.

Yeti is more invested with Inshore/offshore fisherman. It slightly makes since but I do now know why they no longer want that segment of the market. I think that was true in the beginning. When they wanted to expand, Yeti started marketing towards the more general outdoors community, which included hunters, which is why they signed Duck Dynasty for a huge marketing campaign. Well, they just shut that door for the most part I assume.

Yeti is a name for Big Foot Himalayan bigfoot. I think it's different than the sasquatch of the Pacific Northwest.

If you look in the right side of the picture you can see my Yeti. He's the one on four legs.

Yeti is a name for Big Foot Himalayan bigfoot. I think it's different than the sasquatch of the Pacific Northwest. They are all the same, eight foot plus tall hairy bipeds thst may or may not exist depending on your religion. I am a life time NRA member. Can't say I will boycott yeti coolers as I fugured out very quickly that they are priced way the hell out of my budget. I have never felt the need for a cooler that would keep my eyes ice cubes frozen. I don't really care who does or does not want to do business with the NRA. I don't know if the business they would lose is significant or not.

Yeti is done.
You can buy the same product at 50% to 70% cheaper
WalMart has kicked them in the head, along with RTIC and other making knockoffs. Home Depot even makes same products now

This is my opinion as well. I think the move is a misguided attempt to get noticed by other segments. The yeti stuff I have was given to me as gifts. When I buy people stuff it's rtic cause I'm cheap.

Oh they ended their relationship with NRA That explains why I saw RTIC post a copy of the 2nd amendment.

I have some of all but what mostly just the cups I am way to cheap to spend $$$ on high end ice chests. I guess I am still a bit partial to Yeti they were the first they spend on all the research for R&D the other me too companies simply copied their idea. IMO this latest move will not help them not sure why they thought that was a good idea.
