These high winds can stop anytime for me. They were so high yesterday on PK my 80 LB terrova
could just barely move my aluminum boat against it. Two months of march winds is a little much.

Alot of Anglers like the wind, they even say the wind is your friend. I get it, a little wind helps alot, but when we're talking 25-30 mph gusts thats a bit much for me.

I agree. Been dying to take out my new kayak but between the wind and other responsibilities, it's been sitting. Where I fish is on a hill so when the wind is bad in town, it seems like it's 10 times worse on the lake lol. A little wind is good, a lot of wind... bad.

Its only windy from January to June. Couple months itll die down

A little wind is good, a lot of wind... bad. took mine out Friday even though it was windy and out of the east at 18mph. Had fun drifting and fishing with the wind but not so much coming the 1/2 mile back against it. I will weit for a day well under 10mph before I go again., not to mention where I was in Lewisville looked like one of those fancy latte coffees.

On Lake Bastrop and FCL, the wind only blows really hard every day for 10 months. 5 months out of the south, 5 months out of the north. In July and August the wind only blows hard every day.
