Please come by and see the upgrades, new TV's! internet! and deep cleaning! new paint and new HVAC systems and more to come! If you have not seen it lately you have not seen it! 903-572-7563 We have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units! Boat parking at your front door all only 1 mile from boat ramp at Lake Bob Sandlin! 65 to 85 per night! Have many fond memories of staying there and visiting with the Ragans out at their garden and also Henry the squirrel. It was always such a great place to stay back in the day and I am looking forward to checking it out and wish you good luck with getting this place back into shape.
