Thanks Banker and Wildman. My son emailed me that video clip from the game Far Cry 5. We used to fish at Emma Long Park on Lake Austin during the summers when the fishing was very "challenging", sometimes getting spooled but never by a fish! This is an animated version of the guy that was camping next to us and came over to borrow some coffee, ran off jumped in his boat and spooled us! HA! Memories for a lifetime!

Thanks Laker I just responded to your question about the spawn on banker's winter carp post!Mid April is a fabulous time to carp fish! I had my best solo day's ever with one rod hooking nice upper teeners sometimes before my 3 oz. method feeder could hit bottom on more than one occasion..Still very possible for huge males and overall size right now.Size will start dipping as we get into summer months.
